bike bodge #1- wrong pump connector

If you have car type (schrader) valve connector, or find yourself at a gas station where they only have such a connector, but you need to fill a high pressure type bicycle valve just wrap the valve in a few rounds of plastic torn from an ordinary plastic bag. This widens it enough to fit, kind of, the car valve connector. Then jam the car valve connector from the pump onto the bike valave and inflate. Works pretty well.
